The controller has been developed by request of Directorate of Road Fund of Tomsk oblast in collaboration with specialists from 'REMO' Ltd.

At present the 'Fasa'  controller is successfully  used by road services of Tomsk, Tyumen, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, and Amur oblasts and Altay  and Krasnoyarsk krai as well.

To measure, digitize, and store data on deflections and vibrations of spans under static and dynamic loads.

Merits

Unlike traditional methods, the method suggested allows one to record  both static deflections and dynamic characteristics of spans. All data are automatically digitized  and stored in PC for consequent  detailed processing. The software makes possible to observe in real time all span displacements on a monitor and to estimate its technical condition as a whole. Comparative analysis of measurement results has shown that application of 'Fasa' controller increases  productivity  as least two times and eliminates human errors.
